This striking necklace has been hand crafted using natural coconut shell. We never use harsh chemicals ensuring it remains eco friendly.

We hand polish using five types of sand paper; some are finished with natural dark oak polish beeswax that really brings out the natural characteristics of the coconut shell and also preserves it against external influences. Our pieces are a labour of love taking several hours to complete each unique offering.
The pendant and beads are naturally water resistant, though the cord may wear off quicker if exposed to the water often.
We are not only making good use of the coconut shell, but we also prepare a coconut milk from the flesh and dry off any left over pulp to add into cakes and cookies. Every part of the coconut is used, nothing goes to waste and we are proud of it.
Please bear in mind that although coconut is hardwaring the nature of of the detail-work may cause some areas to become more fragile, so please handle with care.
